My Background
I am a UX designer with a background in program and process management, content writing, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to pursuing UX I was a program manager in the business services space and managed numerous consulting project proposals and bidding processes. I worked directly with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, identify people and resources address them, and write proposals to reflect these solutions.
It was my love of understanding user expectations and executing against them that led me to UX Design. I am fascinated with understanding how people expect to interact with digital products and strive to design experiences that reflect these expectations wherever possible and unobtrusively guide users through the new and the unexpected when necessary.
